Delete your Skedly account

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Skedly is a mobile app operated by Lazaarworks LLC. This page explains how to have your Skedly account, and the data held with it, permanently deleted.

How to request deletion

Email dataprivacy@skedly.net from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. That is the only step. We do not ask for a reason, and there is nothing to fill in.

The request has to come from the email address on the account, because that is how we confirm it is yours. If you no longer have access to that address, write from any address and tell us which account you mean; we will ask you for something that proves the account is yours before deleting anything.

We confirm by email when the deletion is done.

What gets deleted

Everything Skedly holds about you is removed:

What is not deleted, and why

TV, radio and streaming schedules are not personal data and are unaffected. They are public programming information published by broadcasters through their MediaLinkPro dashboards, and they exist independently of any viewer account.

Standard technical logs kept for security and troubleshooting, such as IP addresses and request timestamps, are not linked to your identity once the account is gone and age out on their own within 30 days.

How long it takes

Account deletion is completed within 30 days of the request, and usually much sooner. It cannot be undone: once deleted, your follows, timeline and tracked subscriptions cannot be recovered, and signing up again starts from scratch.
