Privacy Policy

Skedly is a mobile app operated by Lazaarworks LLC that helps you see what is on TV, radio and streaming services, plan what to watch, follow shows and broadcasters, and keep track of what your viewing subscriptions cost. This policy explains what data Skedly collects, why, where it lives, and how you can get rid of it. It covers the Skedly app for Android and iOS and the website skedly.net.

What we collect and why

Your Google account basics

You sign in to Skedly with your Google account. When you do, Google shares three things with us: your name, your email address and your profile picture. These correspond to Google's email and profile scopes, and that is the full list.

Skedly does not request or receive access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or anything else in your Google account. We use your name and picture to show you your own account inside the app, and your email address to identify your account and to contact you about it if we ever need to.

What you do in the app

To make the app work, we store the things you create in it:

• Follows: the shows, channels and broadcasters you choose to follow.
• Watch timeline: the airings you add to your personal plan.
• Tracked subscriptions: the entries you add to the subscriptions tracker, such as a service name, the price you pay and its renewal date. These are numbers you type in yourself. Skedly never connects to your bank, card or payment accounts, and never sees real payment data.

Technical basics

Like almost any online service, the systems behind Skedly keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to profile you.

Where your data lives

Skedly's sign-in and database are run on Supabase, an infrastructure provider we use to store the account and app data described above. Supabase processes this data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. You can read Supabase's own privacy documentation at supabase.com/privacy.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data. To anyone, for anything.
• We do not show you third-party advertising or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not read, collect or store anything from your Google account beyond your name, email address and profile picture.

Skedly's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When data is shared

Your data is shared only with the service providers that run Skedly (currently Supabase, as described above), or if the law genuinely requires us to. There is no other sharing.

Note that the schedules you browse in Skedly are not personal data at all: they are public programming information published by broadcasters through their MediaLinkPro dashboards.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete it, as described below.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@skedly.net from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.

Deleting your account permanently removes your account identity (name, email, profile picture), your follows, your watch timeline and your tracked subscriptions from our systems within 30 days. This cannot be undone. Your Google account itself is unaffected; Skedly only ever held the three basics listed above, and you can additionally revoke Skedly's access at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Children

Skedly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date, and point it out inside the app. The current version always lives at skedly.net/privacy.
