Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026These terms apply when you use the Skedly mobile app or the website skedly.net (together, "Skedly" or "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Skedly.
Skedly is operated by Lazaarworks LLC ("we", "us").
1. What Skedly is
Skedly is a viewing guide. It shows schedules for TV channels, radio stations and streaming services as published by broadcasters through their MediaLinkPro dashboards, lets you build a personal watch timeline, follow shows and broadcasters, see how each channel can be watched, and keep track of what your viewing subscriptions cost.
Skedly is a guide only. It does not transmit, host or resell any channel, stream or broadcast. Watching a given channel may require your own equipment, reception or paid subscriptions with third parties, and those are governed by the third parties' own terms.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your own Google account and devices secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Skedly, or older where your local law requires it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or try to access it by any means other than the app and website we provide;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data from the service, or resell or redistribute its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, except where the law expressly permits it;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any broadcaster.
4. Schedules can change and can be wrong
Programme schedules, airing times, frequencies and "how to watch" details come from broadcasters and other sources, and broadcasters change their plans. We work to keep the guide accurate, but we do not guarantee that any schedule, airing time, frequency or availability shown in Skedly is correct, complete or up to date. A broadcast may be moved, replaced or cancelled without notice. Do not rely on Skedly where an error in a listing could cause you real harm.
5. The subscriptions tracker is informational
The subscriptions tracker and Watch Wins statistics only reflect figures you enter yourself. They are provided for your own information, are not financial advice, and Skedly does not process payments or connect to payment providers.
6. Availability
Skedly is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features (or the whole service) at any time. Where a change materially reduces the service, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in the app or on this site.
7. Intellectual property
The Skedly app, website, name, logo and design are ours and are protected by law. Channel names, station names, programme titles and related material belong to the respective broadcasters and rights holders, and appear in Skedly only to describe what is on. Using Skedly gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on your own devices, and nothing more.
8. Termination
You can stop using Skedly, and delete your account, at any time (see the privacy policy for how deletion works). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service. Where practical, we will warn you first.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skedly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate or outdated schedule information, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, and nothing in them reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch], and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date, and point it out inside the app. Continuing to use Skedly after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The current version always lives at skedly.net/terms.
